I am a receptionist at a company and these people have been incessantly calling multiple times an hour, then hanging up once I answer the phone with the company name. They're driving me absolutely INSANE and making me rush between paying customers that actually have a reason for calling. When I found out who they are I am going to chew them out to no end.

This is Bank of America.

I'm not sure if this is Bank of America or their debt collectors, or both as it just shows up as "TOLL FREE CALLER".   Started getting hassled by them after an account change and they did not not apply payment to the correct account.  

The annoying part is there were no messages in BofA's online message system about a payment problem, so I hung up on this caller when they started to ask for a lot of personal information, and instead called the bank directly.  The whole thing seems silly as they appeared to have all the info on their end to identify the problem (i.e. an "orphan" payment that just happened to be the precise amount that they didn't think we paid).    

So I guess if you get a call from them, pick up and tell them you will contact the bank directly.

These people have been calling my house early in the morning waking us up. I gave the name and number of the person they are looking for but they keep calling here. Ic am very angry with these clowns for disrepecting my privacy. I have redistered their number into the do not call registry. I hope this helps!

Yeah, Bank of America hires morons to harrass you from all sorts of numbers.If you call them they will tell you they don't know who it is calling you.

I just received a new phone number as a business line and am getting hourly calls.  When I answer with the business name they hang up.  I tried calling the number back but the automated system won't give me a live person to call without account information.  I do not have any accounts with Bank of America and based on this experience, I never will!

calls home number several times a day and when answered a recording comes on saying "Please wait for someone to help me"?? Why are they calling me and then putting me on HOLD.

Received a call from this number just after 7:30 PM on Monday with the ID of Bank of America.  The person on the line informed me that I must pay an amount of just over $750. plus a $17 service charge tonight.  I know for a fact that my mortgage was paid on time.  She wanted to "confirm" all sorts of information.  Surprisingly, she had all of my personal information.  I refused to discuss my mortgage and told her I would call them in the morning.  After much more info seeking.  I hung up.  Checked and sure enough the mortgage had been paid on time.  This is very serious to me.

This is Bank of America! They start calling on the 2nd  day after Loan / Home loan is due! Very annoying! Even if you provide them with an explanation, ask them to note your account as to when you'll pay, they'll continuing calling daily! Most annoying reason people avoid their calls is that you have to listen to their spiel regardless if you've heard it every time for 20 YEARS or if it even applies to you. Not the representatives fault. It's their job and required. They get yelled at all day so I no longer get upset. Just wish I my loan was anywhere but here ugh😡!
