I let it go to voice mail as i thought it was more creditors after me :)
Checked the message and its a automated recording saying there doing a nation wide servery in canada, All the recording asked is if our household has a landline or cell phone only....

Dont know what to make of it...
Just let your voice mail pick it up.

I got a call from that number on my cell.  Didn't answer it.  No message left.  Thanks for the above info about the survey recording.  I blocked that number on my phone.

I have been getting calls from 800-672-2893 for weeks now on a daily basis. My standard telephone etiquette is to never answer a phone call, unless I recognize the phone number. I simply let my voice mail pick up calls from unknown phone numbers. No voice mail message is left from 800-672-2893, so I assume it is a 'junk' call.

Got a call on my new cell phone from 1 800 672 2893... I didn't answer as I have to pay for all my air time ...Big thanks to everyone for posting here ...It's because of all of us acting together as a collective with a common cause we are able to able to definitively conclude this # is to be ignored ...Cheers ...and good years..

just missed a call from this number, if it is a "survey" call I wonder if it might be the current scam of asking a question just to get a recording of you saying "yes" which can then be misused in a variety of ways?
