Robo call indicating they are an officer with the Social Security Administration and that my account has had criminal activity and they were going to take legal action and suspend my account.  Transferred to a person - this was clearly a scam

This is 100% a SCAM!!! They got $500 off of my elderly mother. They had her buy apple gift cards and send the numbers on them. Told her that she had 21 accounts with criminal behavior and that her accounts were frozen!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO OR BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY!!!!!

Recorded voice saying they were going to suspend my social because of criminal activity. Got transferred to a real person very weird and avoided my questions till they hung up on me

Stated from social security. Stating my social security number was being used for narcotic and money lawndering.  I told him he was full of [***]. Gave the name of David Scott and phone number 1-800-672-2921.

A recorded voice demanded that if I didnt call back a warrant would be issued. That I would be arrested. I google the phone number and found this website. Multiple scam comments.

Left same threatening message that if I don't call them back at the 800-672-2921 number, that a warrant would be issued for my arrest! Who the hell do these [***] think they are??? That 800 number was NOT the same number that showed up on the caller ID either!

Same experience as described by the other comments. Male recorded voice with multiple stops-gaps in text. Included threats to be arrested within 24 hours, with call back number being 800-672-2921 but caller ID number was different. The mismatch in caller-ID and recorded number is enough to flag this as fraudulent.
