Just got a call from a man asking for the receiving dock.  I asked if he was a customer or a vendor, he said "I have" and rattled off some numbers and wanted to know if that was our address, I did not respond I asked again if he was a customer or a vendor and he just repeated he wanted the receiving dock, so I asked him "what company are you with" he said he was Lou with Olympia and I said NO, we do not buy from your company.  He hung up.  Do not provide these people with any name, not even your own, do not verify your address, do not transfer them to a voice mail.  All they want is a name.  I know some websites suggest saying you're not authorized to buy and they need to speak with the authorized buyer and then give their name but don't do that either.  That gives them a foothold into the company now they'll just call and ask for them or worse ship it and say he/she authorized it.  It's your phone you don't have to tell them anything just say we do not buy from you and hang up!

Got a call, and then another, from "Joe" at Olympia.  Not only inconvenient, but harassing and vulgar.   These people need to get real jobs, and stop wasting the time of those of us who already have them.

This company is ridiculous!  They sent us tape and charged us $250 for it.  We refused to pay the invoice, offered to send it back but at their expense.  They refuse to give us a UPS account number to return it.  Said we ordered it, we must pay.  VERY rude.  I spoke with Shirley and she threatened to report me to my manager and said, "then we'll see who gets fired b*tch" and hung up.  Unbelievable.  I've NEVER dealt with such a horrible company before.  I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Shirley claiming to be from Olympia Supply Co., has been calling our place of business claiming we owe on a past-due invoice. However, we have never ordered anything from them nor has she been able to produce the paperwork to prove otherwise. She keeps placing calls one after the other and is now calling making threats, using profanity toward whomever answers the phone, calling us names, yelling, etc. This is a total scam!! I will be loding a complaint with the States Attorney General office against them.

They are now going by the name "Carters". I got a call from sales person saying they wanted to send us a catalog and a free clock/radio gift. Confirmed the address they had for us, and my name. He then gave a sales pitch about their prices being good, and how he noticed we used a lot of tape, etc. He then quickly mumbled some things as he pulled the phone away from himself, said something about tape, how they didn't need a PO for a order and a last name would do, then ended the call. About a half hour later someone from the company called to confirm my "order" of a catalog, the free gift, and two sets of packing tape. I told her to cancel the order and got their contact number.

Yes, "Shirley" @  Carter Supply called my company today.  Trying to offer "GREAT" deal on 2" tape & will hold price for 2 years, you simply have to place an order TODAY!!!  DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!  We were also offered a clock/radio gift.  NO..NO.. NO, no means no and don't call

Got the same call about 6 months ago with the offer of a catalog and clock radio.  I regretfully gave them our business address.  Sure enough, received a small carton of cheap tape in which we were charged $250 for.  Our accountant paid for it not knowing anything about the company or what it was for.  A couple weeks later they sent us three more cartons with even cheaper tape, in which we threw away after not hearing anything from the company for 5 months.  Today got a call from SHIRLEY MILLER asking about the tape and saying we either need to return it or we would have to pay for it.  I hung up on her.  Thinking about suing for unfair business practices after reading all these comments and know we weren't the only ones.  Please, no one else fall for this ridiculous scam.
