I don't know who this is. They left message on my phone, and wanted me to call them back to update my account so they could send out my order. I did not order anything. I deleted their voicemail from my phone.

This is a valid company (Chewy.com) but someone got my CC and did a trial use.  Fortunately, the company *did* call me about the shipping address not matching the billing address so I was able to call them back, cancel the shipping and the account that was set up, and notify my CC holder for fraud.

So, if you DO get a call from Chewy.com, call them back and find out what CC was compromised.

It's from Chewy - I received one just this morning to verify an order I had shipping to a friend.  I like that they checked!

Chewy.com - called to check to make sure I was sending a package to a friend.  They wanted to make sure someone wasn't ordering on my account.  Customer service win!!!

I had a deposit from Chewy.com of $11.46 go into my account and then a withdraw for the same amount, I've never used this company. Very suspicious activity. The number listed in my checking account was 800-672-4399 in Florida.

Wardog61 and Kiki, please be sure to contact your bank or CC company to be sure your accounts were not compromised.  Placing a small charge on a card is a way for the company to test the validity of the card.  Unfortunately, it's also a way for scammers to test the card.  Stay safe.  Check those cards.

I have call blocker on my phone and the name with the number 1 800 672 4399 was coming from a place called five point correctional facility in New York

email receipt from paypal purchase for $50.00. I DID NOT PLACE THIS ORDER!

Had an email that said I had sent a gift card from my PayPal to someone I did not know.  It was from chewy.com and I never placed the order.  When I clicked on “If you did not place this order, click here” a spam warning appeared.  I deleted the email.

I had a charge for $105.69 from CHEWY.COM 800-672-4399. I have never ordered from them. When I called the number. They said they could not help me because I had no order number. I had to call my credit card company to file a fraudulent charge claim, and they have to send me a new card.
