    Under the Do Not Call law, Allstate can legally make these calls to you if you are a policyholder. I got one such call two days ago.

    Yes. If you have already an established business relationship with a company, the DNC laws do not apply to them.

    We have our auto and homeowner's insurance with Allstate and receive the same calls. We either ignore them or delete their messages.
