These people call with three different numbers throughout the day. It is 1130est and I have already received 3 calls from two numbers! It's so annoying. I've given up answering because when I do, it's a machine saying "all representatives busy please stay on the line "hello this is some and so"" and then I get hung up on. So over it. When I don't answer, they do not leave a message.

I get several calls a day - 7 days a week (that I don't answer) even thought I sent them an email from their website & told them that I had already filed for bankruptcy several months ago & they're not supposed to be contacting me - I am thinking about filing a lawsuit if they don't stop calling soon...

BELONGS to HOUSEHOLD BANK'S call center in Mumbai India, they call at all hours,call you at work in violation of the laws, they call on SUNDAY also in violation of the law. They are rude crude and ignorant,  I pay the minimum but they always want more, they even called several times on Thanksgiving day during the dinner hour.

They have called 3 times today, I don't owe bills.

I have a 790 FICO score and I get daily calls from this  #, 847-201-7501, and a blocked #.  Has anyone had success at stopping this?

800-684-8249 is a Capital One scam. They are violating the Federal Do Not Call list....

I am filing a lawsuit for the 93 calls (violations) in one month....

They call me daily and continue trying to reach me at 9 and 10pm at night.  [***] EH?

i just called number and it is capital one card services and i got a customer service rep on phone.i asked why they're calling on sunday and she wouldnt answer and said that they are allowed. in New york state if no one knows, they are not allowed to call on wkends, especially sundays. they of course said they can, NO THEY CANT. I know this because i have worked with collection agencies before and NY law states they can't and also if they are calling ur cell, this is against the law too! Wasnt clear for the reason for the call, even though i do have an account with them. which happens to be current. These people suck...and they continue to harass everyone.

Calls come in and never leave a message or identify themselves. Very possible that it is someone trying to hack acounts or get personal information for identity theft.
