They say they are Adobe Software... though it sounds like a call center.

Called twice today. Have not answered... Wondering who this is. If it is Adobe it would make sense because I am part of their cloud. But they do not leave a message.

They started calling me today (the 22nd).  They never left any voicemails.  Finally the third time they called my I decided to answer - and I was at work.  There was a long pause then a man with a very thick accent (sounded like he was from the UAE) asked if I was me & I said yes, said he was calling regarding Adobe stuff.  I told him this was a bad time because I was at work & he said it would only take 30 seconds.  I said okay (just to see what the heck he wanted).  He THEN asks right away (without any reasoning) "Okay first can I have your credit/debit card number & exp date?"  I told him I don't have my card with me because I was at work (partially true) he then mumbles something quietly & 10 seconds later hangs up.  THIS IS A SCAM NUMBER do not give them any information!  Adobe does not call you, if they have questions or concerns they shoot you an email first.  Hope this helped!

They say that they are Adobe and they called because my credit card didnt go through but then they said that since my card didnt go through they will give me two free months if i just paid it over the phone. What company gives you two waived payments for being late on a payment??? NOBODY! This is a complete scma, when i said i would pay it online she insisted that i do it over the phone for two free months.

It is Adobe. I used the Cloud software at my old job and let it expire, so they are trying to track me down to renew. But it may be a scam... I did not give them my CC #

It sounded legit but I still didn't give them any info. My card has been declining and so I called them a while ago and then this number called back a few times and the person on the phone said they were from Adobe and my card was declining and blah blah blah then he offered for me to give him a credit card number to keep on file. I declined and told him I will continue to use PayPal. It IS Adobe, but be careful anyway and don't give out your info to someone you don't fully trust....

Caller left an automatic voicemail that has been cut off, saying to access adobe.com or call the number for more information. Adobe never calls me, they always leave an e-mail directly from the Adobe Cloud account. Adobe doesn't process payments over the phone. Ever. Most likely a scam.

I too have Adobe services and my card HAS expired and I chose not to renew my Adobe CS suite. They DID call me, but this is a TOTAL scam. Me thinks someone has access to Adobe's database who should not. This is quite disturbing. I'm not going to renew my subscription with them at all, and certainly not with my new card.
    • Caller: Says they're Adobe, they aren't.

same exact thing happened to me, and I am not renewing my account either.  It would be easier just to buy adobe, then to pay by the month.

you guys think everything is a scam, lol. It IS adobe. They DO call you. They called me. I wasn't going to give them the card number over the phone. I went online while the lady was on the phone, updated my card number, and she stuck a free month on my account, no questions asked. I never gave her any of my info.

It IS Adobe. It's NOT a scam. If you're automatic payment gets declined, they WILL call you to address the problem. When I updated my automatic pay over the phone with my new credit card, they gave me a free month on my Adobe Cloud access.
