Same,  calls & leaves no message  several times a day

The caller ID says it's from ADT.  I don't think it's a coincedence that these calls started immediately after I cancelled my service with them.  I only answered today to tell them that I would NEVER come back if they didn't stop harassing me. But it only rings when you answer.

Same here. I cancelled ADT this morning and got this call this afternoon. I didn't answer.
They left no message.

Did not answer call. They did not leave message! Scam! ADT

Yep, I just canceled ADT and now I'm getting calls from them multiple times a day, and emails begging me to stay.

I cancelled ADT yesterday. I gather, from the comments here,  that the hang up call is related to my cancellation. They left no message.

I have to give kudos to you sir because I went through H E double hockey sticks trying to get them to cancel.  I ended up sending them a certified, return receipt letter and they still tried to bill me afterwards.

Oh, I cancelled ADT a month ago.  I guess that's why caller ID shows this number has called 9 times.  But it shows "unknown name" for me.

Same as above. I canceled service with ADT yesterday, and now today I have received multiple calls from this telephone number. I called my usual ADT number and they say they don't see anything on their end. Well, they are all getting blocked.

I cancelled my ADT service after horrible customer service...from an overseas representative no less. I just noticed this number multiple times in my Spam calls. Doesn't matter, I'm not going back to them. Matter of fact, I cancelled my cable/internet provider for the SAME reason. I'd rather do without or find another company before I allow myself, my business, my money to be taken for granted.

Started getting calls from this number right after we canceled ADT - which is a horrible company. They still charged us for an extra month. Stay clear of ADT  - old technology.  Luckily our spam filter keeps blocking the calls from this number 800-689-5939

Same! Like pulling teeth to get ADT cancelled. And, when a couple weeks ago finally got them cancelled, suddenly started getting daily calls from 800-689-5939 which I'm almost certain belongs to ADT even tho caller ID blank.  Didn't answer, blocked the number, they keep calling everyday, leave no msg.

Same experience with me. I just started getting the call and hang up from this number after I cancelled ADT - after a LONG DROOLING 5 year contract in which I held up my end of the contract and paid them what was owed the full term, but they upped my bill twice (for service not equipment) after I signed a contract stating the amount I would pay for my contract. They proceeded to inform me I should read the small writing on the contract because it also stated they would be charging me an additional 30 days after I cancelled. Not 1 time did that company do anything to help us!!! The ONLY phone call we received in the 5 years we had them, was because we changed the battery in our portal and we had police/ambulance/fire trucks all show up over that. The ONLY help I got but didn't need. NEVER AGAIN ADT!!!!!! and I'll also be telling my friends/family to NEVER use them for service. They are deceptive and have no integrity at all.

I have been getting calls also (1-800-689-5939). I blocked the last number they called from but now they are using the one I posted.  I cancelled my monitoring last week after almost 30 years.  Then all of a sudden the calls started!  I asked them if the number was associated with them and got no answer.  So i called the number on my caller i.d. back. They answered of coarse ADT.  I cussed them out and told them to remove my number.  Not sure if that will work but if they call again, I will give them an ear full of something that they don't want to hear!!

Same experience as others.  I canceled ADT service - simply not needed any more - but endured a HORRIBLE customer service but finally did get service canceled.  They prorated my last month, TG. But then calls from 800-689-5939 started, two so far on 1st business day following my cancellation, calls labeled "ADT Security" but they do not leave a message (which normal ADT would!). I have a job and so have not answered either call, and after reading this string are simply blocking the number.  Thanks, all, for sharing your experience.

Wow cant believe they they are still doing this, yea I cancelled ADT a few days ago and I am getting this same scam call
