Received a call from this number today.  I did not answer. No message left.

Scam caller

I received a call from this number and when I answered and the line was ringing so I hung up.

Sent my mother a home warranty for ”my house” obviously a photo copy for a service contract through Home Warranty Division. My mother passed last November. The person was very rude. Obviously preying on her was his plan.

Night call pretending to be an ADT agent

Caller said it was ADT security and it was time to renew my contract.  I did not realize it was a scam until afterwards, and told them I already had renewed my contract.

I saw ADT on my caller I.D. i answered saying hello and it was silent.  To be honest anytime ADT did call I never saw their name ADT just the 1 800 number. I guess it's a scam.

Caller said it was ADT security and it was time to renew my contract and they were offering a discount for the next 3 years.   I did not realize it was a scam at first. Then when asked for a        ”yes” response  I realized it was a scam, especially since I had just renewed for one year last month. I then hung up.

I received a missed call from this number 800-690-3613, that was registered as ADT Security.  They did not leave any messages.  I suspected this maybe a scam so I called ADT to verify, they said they did not call me because if they did, the call would be logged in their system.  Be cautious, this is big scam

It's an ADT call center.  It's not a scam.  They called me to renew my contract.  I called ADT after getting off the phone with the person to confirm it wasn't a scam (after reading through this stuff).  It indeed is not a scam and my account was updated with the new price they offered.

Rcvd call clmng ADT. since I have them ? message left on machine they will save me money etc. Thank you 800 n0tes for info.

Claims ADT wanting to renew my contract for 3 years for cost of 1. Called the real ADT and this is FAKE and SCAM!!!

I only answered it because it said “ADT” (which I have). The call kept breaking up. I really couldn’t understand half of what he was saying. I hung up and decided check the number here. Good thing I did.

I can 100% guarantee you that ADT will never, ever offer you a discount even if you request one.  They will simply put you on hold until you go away.

I just got an ADT call wanting to renew my contract (which is not in my name, but my husband’s). I smelled a rat so I told them I would call ADT myself. They do not have my cell number, but have my husband’s. Obvious scam! Don’t answer!

Caller ID said ADT. I was suspicious.  He said they were raising their fees unless I "renew" services by locking-in a discounted rate. It sure sounded like a scam.

Caller ID, listed as ADT Security.  After two rings hung-up without any message.

I originally got a call from ADT's Alarm system phone number (maybe spoofed?).
I talked to a (possible) ADT agent about upgrading my system which I had requested. Note I did request this with ADT couple months ago. Any case chatted with them and they were going to look into it and give me a call back. They called back at 800-208-3238 and they left a call back # that was 800-690-3613. So.. now I'm not sure if I was talking with an agent of not.

Rec'd. a call from this number. Claimed to be ADT renewing contract at discount. Asked for password to our alarm system, which we did not supply. Very concerning.
