It is MacKeeper and they want you to download their Anti-Virus.  DO NOT DO IT.  They want access and once you download it it is extremely difficult to get it removed.  The only way to remove it is by contacting them and hoping they will walk you through it to remove it.  In my opinion it is a SCAM.  
I don't know how they even got my Telephone number and they somehow stopped my SKYPE until I removed SKYPE and downloaded it again.  Bad News all around so AVOID them.

What they also do is tell you that you have no protection on your Computer and you need to get MacKeeper at a cost of course.   They told me 1 yr was about $200.00 dollars.  AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I am trying to retrieve my hacked facebook, and these guys at this number say they can help, but it will cost $300. I do not trust them now

These people were listed on search as Facebook phone number. I was trying to get help with resetting my password. It's a scam. Told me many people had accessed my account and that my computer was unprotected. Wanted 149.00 and got mad when I said no....scammers
