I had this no. Call me at 5:30pm today. They left a message on my machine but it was kind of breaking up. They ssaid it had something to do with me they were going to start proceedings omn me. For what i have no clue. So i called them back after they called me told them it was me and whst did this pertain to me. Im clueless and upset.

It's a SCAM....they are trying to get you to give them your SS#, DOB, address.
Last week I got ,23 calls from a Government Grant , free Money....I reported them to the FTC (1-877-328-4357) and blocked them from my phone, so this week...so far 3 calls from these # 282-836-4890...as well as the one above. 4/24/19

Yes, it is a scam. I was taken for $300.0 by them threatening me with immediate call to police to detain me. This scam has been happening from all over. Do not give out info.

They left an automated voicemail on my cell phone saying that i need to call them back before they start legal proceedings against me

I also got called on April 24th at 4:20 p.m. robotic voice threatening me with legal proceedings...
I would LOVE to bust these DIRT-BAGS... their time is coming...
