    Like DM said, she gave her name as Dorothy Chapman, and said I was eligible for discount on my electric bill in PA. She said to call her at a different number and to have bill handy and enter some code, but she never said who she was working for. I am leery of her and I will simply contact my electric company on my own and ask them directly.
