A third "FINAL NOTICE" for a home warranty I didn't request. No company name, address or url. Just "Home Warranty Department". SCAM!

I also received a LETTER from the "Home Warranty Department" of "FLEET NAT'L BK".  It claimed to be a "FINAL NOTICE", and I should call 1-800-692-4491.  When I called, I was answered almost immediately by a man who quickly called me "woman-like" for rejecting this coverage, which is obviously a scam.  I totally disagree with you, BigA.  There is no reason why scams linked by a phone number should not be discussed here even if contact is made by mail.  By the way the postage meter was from "Permit# 1935, Sacramento, CA".  Thank you Anonymous for your input about the junk mail we both received.

Received letter in mail, no return address. They had my name address and lender for my house. Claimed FINAL NOTICE that my home warranty was expiring. I have no home warranty. Made to sound like it was endangering my home ownership. Rather threatening letter. Only a phone number. I called to see if they were a scam. Would not give me any business address.

I've been receiving both phone calls and notices of "Final Notice". Phone callers arenrude and I tell them they are trying to scam my mother who is 80 yrs old. The letters do not contain any address, website or company name. When will someone catch up to these scammers?

I've lost count as to the number of "final notices" I've been mailed.   I called the 800 to inquire about their mailing address & company name,  & a man answered, Good  afternoon, this is Thomas Taylor how may I help you?  I said, "I would like your mailing address please".  He said, "why"?  I said, "because I want to mail you a letter".  He said, "what kind of letter---a thank you letter"?  Then he laughed.  I said, "no, it's  a 'you've sent me way too many final notice' letters, & as an attorney I need to.... " Click!  He hung up.
It's annoying getting this kind of mail on a regular basis, but especially when there's no company name, address or no way of knowing who this is that's gotten my name, address & the bank where my mortgage loan is secured.  I think I'll ask my bank if other customers have reported receiving this same letter, and if so, who did they provide this info to......

    Annoyed person
They are using the H & R BLOCK with MTG (I assume management instead of Marjorie Taylor Green) to provide some kind of legitimacy to their scam letter.

Hopefully no one sends them money and they have to get real jobs.

"Home Warranty Department" called me twice, and had my name, phone number, and complete address.
    Accent sounded Chinese.
I called them out as scammers, and hung up.
Now they sent me a final notice in the USPS mail.
No address, but I have a phone number, 1-800-629-4491, that I am supposed to call immediately.
I will not call them, but I will call the FTC.

I received my 5th Final Notice today from this scam individual or company. I filed a complaint with the BBB in May of 2024. These lowlifes keep on wasting paper and postage.

I got the exact same letter with the exact same Sacramento, Ca postage permit number.  Only difference was they referenced my local credit union in Michigan.  I called and hag some strong words and demanded that I was to be taken off their solitaire list

Scam. Scam. Scam. As stated above, this scammer scraped info somehow and is sending anonymous mailed urging immediate response. They target the elderly and this scam originates from Sacramento but probably is located elsewhere. Last I check it was illegal to send mail without a return address even under a permit. These scumbags use permit #1935. Also operating under 888-535-0250 and 888-933-9818. I'm sure they keep getting shut down and have to re-do their toll free number every other month. Die dirtbag scum.
