Have no idea who is calling. I am on no call list.

This number belongs to GC Services - Collection company for Capital One.

They started calling at 8:08 A.M. today and called every 15 minutes until 12:04 P.M.; immediately started using unknown caller from 12:10 P.M. and every ten minutes until 12:40 P.M.; then back to the 800 number every ten minutes until 10:10 P.M.

You would not believe all of the different 800 numbers these jerks use.  if they do not get to you on one that try a different one. 800-694-7839, 888-879-3144, 614-410-1509, 877-628-8706, 713-272-7345, 877-888-3913 just to name a few.  If you block one they try another.  However, I use the Digitone CallBlocker that block all incoming 800 type numbers and any other number you plug in.  Well worth the money,  One ring, call ID shows number and then the call goes to LaLa Land.
