    It's the AT&T $200 phishing scam, but a new 800 number. The male voice offers you an  ATT $200 bonus, and a website address to visit. As mentioned in previous reports here (but for a different number), DO NOT visit the website listed in the message because if you log in with your AT&T UserName and Password you will have handed over your account. Be careful out there kids...
