I bought an atomic beam flash light from a TV add. This com. then sold my creaditcard info. To TBR sterlington and yes I did have a hold on my account for 53.97 after talking with these so called peaple Itold them to tack the money and cancle  everything eles and called my bank and told them if iny more charges like this come thought to dismiss them

Never heard of these guys and they are collecting money off my debit card and don't know how they got my card number to try and collect from my debit card but has 800-695-444 phone number on my debit card transaction bill

wonder if thats how they got my card number to withdraw off my debit card

They won't refund your money.  Call your bank!

i did not open the yellow envelope and sent it back on oct 11 2016 i would like credit 55.97 on my card and then take it out of your account if you do not do this i will turn it over to the bank

Lauri, You've mistaken 800 notes for this "company."  This is a forum for discussing the identities of unknown callers. 800notes is not affiliated with TBR Sterling.  Read BigA's post (5 posts before yours) and heed the advice.  Good luck to you.

The number in this thread  indeed seems to be a phone number for the company you mentioned.
In fact, the first post in the thread mentions a company name similar to the one you posted.
There is no need to advertise the company.
Publishing a link to THEIR TOS does not mean advertisements do not violate the 800notes TOS.
Publishing a link to their TOS does not mean the complaining posters were not scammed.

I have reported your post to which I am replying, and we will see if the mods agree with my statements or yours.

Every credit/debit/checking account comes with instructions on how to dispute charges and gives you the time frame for doing so.  I suggest that you read those instructions and then contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges.

I was offered jewelry when I bought some stuff of of red copper and I said no to the jewelry and the lady kept saying and saying it was free and i still said no but I was charged 55.99 from this 1(800)695-4444 number.

Same thing happened to me! But I had ordered a knife sharpener. Did you get your issue resolved? This could not have happened at a worse time for me and I can’t get ahold of anyone for a refund. Did you ever receive the ear rings and necklace?

I assist my aunt and uncle keep track of their finances. I was looking over my aunt's CC bill and found a charge to TBR PLTNM JWLRY 800-6954444 for $50.98. This wasn't a charge that my aunt had made so we called the number and all we got we a recording to call back during regular work hours. I knew then that there was a issue. I went back through her statements and there were a total of four charges made of $50.98. We have be begun fraud dispute process.

I check my bank acct balance and recent activity and found 2 different dates the 7th and 14th of this mo. With same amt. $55.30 on each one a total of $110.00 deducted from my acct. Done wrongfully  by as stated from bank that on each of these 2 fraudulent  crimes read the #1-800-695-4444 stating it was called Platuim Jewelry  by debt. This is a serious multiple accounts in one that if correctly  following the procedure on reporting ID FRAULD/SCAMS  to the proper authorities/US GOV. ETC.  This horrifying  nightmare will lessen there criminal damage to persons, and they will get procecuted/penalties and suffering  on there part hindering other individuals from doing and make prospects think  twice before making  the wrong choices  in life.
