This number belongs to TEL*STERLINGTON CLUB. I was offered some jewerly from this company. I advised the caller that I did not want the product. I was told the order was cancel by a Steven im Flordia the jewerly devision. When I asked for something in writing he stated that he could not and that the money was not deducted from my account but on hold. I asked when will the money be released from the hold I was told he did not know. He stated that I was to speak to my bank. I then asked to speak to a supervisior and he connected me to a woman named Anna. She stated the same but when I asked to speak to her supervisor to receive something in writing; I was advised that I was talking to her supervisor that transfered me to her, I was not able to get a refence number or anything in writing. I called my bank and did a conf call with a member from that company to have my funds released back into my account. The last person I spoke with did confirm for me and the bank that it was canceled. I was advised by my bank if they process the claim and do not cancel it as I was advise by 3 reps from the company, I will then have the legel right to file depute against the matter as well as a FRAUD claim against them.

I was offered jewelry from this company when I ordered Insta Bulbs but declined the jewelry offer and they still charged my account.

I was offered a set of free earrings for my wife plus a necklace that if I wanted to keep I could and then pay for, if not I could send it back with the return packaging they would supply. I was charged for the necklace before I ever recieved anything. I contacted paypal and my money was put back in my account. Bottom Line, you can't trust them.

I ordered an organic fry pan so this gal calls me back ditto ditto and ditto now charged $53.97 and the organic folks tell me they have no order for jewelry.
So I'm on hold with jewelry folks # on my bank statement just return to sender unopened easy as that they will refund when they get it back.
Question is why is this stuff even being sent. I didn't want it in the first place will I get my $$$ back...

I was sent this jewelry and sent it all a back now I want credit to my credit card. Do not ever send me any more.

I bean charge all the months 51.21 usd twice each month from this fraud company sense last year I'm over 476.13 stole from my account without any authorization.

They offered a product that they haven´t even sent me and they have already charged me. No phone calls, no nothing to confirm the arrival of the product. It was done 1 month and 1/2 ago.

Offered a product that would be fully returnable. They charged me $53.97 and never sent any product.  This was on Dec 2, 2015; and then six (6) days later on Dec 8, 2015. they charged my account another $53.97, still with no product.  Please check into this fraud and reimburse my credit card ************7771.  Their phone number is:  877-601-8029

I never got to talk with anyone from this company. I just found a charge for $53.97 from tbe same people already mentioned here.  I called my bank right away. The charge was 'pending' - now I have a new card with a different number. I wonder how the got it. I do not buy jewelry at all.

I never hear about TBR*STERLINGTON before until today they charge me for something that I didn't order. And it was for $53.97 how a coincidence.

How did you handle it, that just happened to me.

The proper way to handle it is to immediately call the bank or CC company and file a fraud dispute on the charge.  You have a limited amount of time to do that.

I bought an atomic beam flash light from a TV add. This com. then sold my creaditcard info. To TBR sterlington and yes I did have a hold on my account for 53.97 after talking with these so called peaple Itold them to tack the money and cancle  everything eles and called my bank and told them if iny more charges like this come thought to dismiss them
