the caller is D. James Kennedy organization.  Former pastor in FL.  They apparently want money
so they are calling and calling and calling.  Once a worthy organization.  Now a nuisance

This is a Microsoft computer scam   They get into your computer via virus message then want 199.00 to fix the virus.  Callers name was Brian.  He has called my mother several times.  Thank god her credit union recognized the scam.  He has tried many times to process the payment.  Beware!

They scammed me  july 2015 - computer virus message same as debra's mother received.  Except i bought lifetime coverage for $899.99 nobody helped me i was sick at the time and had no idea it was a scam.    They gave company name as web tech help -   receipt emailed to me stated security support with anti hacking and antivirus.   My computer was locked up for hours.   What brought this back was yesterday i got scammed again pc locked up saying they were apple support, this time i call pc tech i knew and he removed virus he said always turn computer off when this happens and dont call the number they give out.  He found that a usp email was the culprit.   They had hacked ups emails and customers and was using this information to send ups email about deliveries, when you open the email and go into ups page you are hacked and its on.   What a mess and invasion of privacy.  Feel like not having a computer at all .   Just seems to be getting worse.

Biggest scam of all scams!!! They pretend to give you a refund on your current charge.Then they want you to check your account to see if it went through.They transfer money from your account to another of your own account and want you to go to Walmart to buy gift cards because they pretend to put to much money in your account. In the mean time you are using your own money. They use unknown name and number after they scam you!!!!

I suspect they locked my computor up. Claimed to be form microsoft. Had to pay 119. To get it unlocked.

I have been scammed twice and today I finally looked up the number and company name Virtual Architect they said my computer was working slowly and that I was to pay 115.33 for three months to fix my computer

Wow i had the same scam but by a geek logic llc wanted $3,000.00 back in gift cards NOT!!!!!
