They scammed me claiming to be facebook customer service, and got $700.00 of my money

They claimed to be Facebook customer support, had me install AnyDesk on my computer and stole $4700 from me.

made the mistake of calling this number for help with facebook. operator told me he needed 1.5hrs to work on my computer to deal with the hacking issue. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER FOR ANYTHING. IT IS NOT LEGIT & FROM THE STORIES IN HERE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Made mistake of calling this number for facebook help.  Operator Sharon Johnson had me to allow them access to my computer by installing anydesk.  Lisa Smith told me they needed 1-2 hours to fix this problem on my computer.  They told me I had 48,906 damages in this computer if it reaches 50k computer would crash and she had never seen this many damages before.   They gave me two options to pay for A-1 tech to fix my problems $499.99 / $1999.99.  I said NO!  She replied I could pay a 1 time fix of $199.99.  I said NO!  She wanted to know when I could pay the fee I said NEVER! She gave me a call back number of 347-732-5254 when I was ready for them to fix problem.  I replied I have an A-1 TECH local and I would be taking my computer first thing Monday.  She replied I needed them as they were only ones that could fix this problem.   BE WARE OF THIS SCAM!!!!!!!!

Turn off and unplug your computer ASAP.  Lisa Smith has copied the contact list in your email and all of your files.  She has all of your passwords, including those for on-line banking and on-line purchasing.  You need to call all of those people to keep her from spending all of your money and scamming all of your friends.

Your local computer repair firm can undo what Lisa Smith did to your computer, but they can't un-spend the money she is spending now.

Internet security 101:  Never allow anyone you do not personally know have access to your computer.  Period.  Best get to your financial institution and put out a fraud alert and change out ALL of your financial account numbers.  NOW!

Called bc I had my FB Hacked. They remote hooked up into my acct. they acted like they were working on my computer. The line hung up which I thought was suspicious. I went back to computer & saw webcam flashing so I put a sticky note over it. I was looking at the computer and started hearing noises. Then I started hearing someone sing, "I'm gonna kill you." I tried turning the volume down and he turned it up. I closed the remote desk and disconnected, in that time $500 bucks lost

I called and they kept asking for remote access to my computer. When I denied the first technician he became very flustered and told me to hang up the phone because I was wasting his time. I then asked for a supervisor. When he came on I asked for his location and name. He said his name was Sunny Wilson. Clearly this man was not named Sunny. I then said I had to call back so I could verify the phone number. I decided to look it up and when I did I found this place turns out to be a huge scam. Be careful!!!!!!!!!! We almost lost a lot of money. Beware of scams!

Found this number as a number for facebook.
