Tierd of getting these calls. I started getting them from Legal zoom, after i texted into an ESPN show. DO NOT TEXT Mssg into a radio show they sell your info out.

getting call from 800-699-4829 4 - 5 times daily for about 3 or days now. there is never anybody on the other end.  When I call back I get a recording "the # you have dialed has new info.  press star to receive text to get info"

this number calls at least twice a day, no one is ever on the line and i want it to freaking STOP!!!

when we answer it it hangs up on us. if we call it back a recording says the number is unavailable in our area

Someone from 1-800-699-4829 has called my telephone number at least six times today. Since I didn't know the number, I didn't answer. I finally got curious and decided to call. I got a message stating that such a number was out of my area and that the call could not be completed. Is this person trying to spam me?

Apparently the 800-699-4829 number was given to another company. The new owner is Mayfair Communications, located in Pennsylvania. Their number is 800-629-3247. I was unable to reach that number this evening (after business hours), but I will try again tomorrow and let you know if I am successful in stopping these incessantly annoying phone calls.

Same thing happening to me.  I get a call from this number & they never leave a message.  I answered it yesterday & today but it just hangs up.  I tried to call it back.  It said call cannot be completed as dialed.  I called from my office, it said said Number is temp. unavailable.

I've been getting called by this number for the past four days. 4-6 times a day. I called back and it said the call was unable to go thru as dialed. I called another number I saw here and was to that this number no longer belonged to them and I would have to have my cell phone company trace the call to find out where it's coming from. Like everyone else, if I answer the line goes dead in seconds. I've gotten so fed up now that I yell at whoever it is. Probably does no good, but it makes me feel better. I may call my cell company if this doesn't stop soon. I'll report back if I get an answer.

I held the # key down it just got worse they called almost every 20 minutes, man was I pissed. I called the FCC filed a complaint and called my phone company. We tried *60 and dialed in their number to try a block.
You can't even block the damn thing. I found the phone number on a site that said it's just been in use since 2009 with a company that provides expensive 1010 directory assistance. That's as far as I got.

Same as all the others. Phone rings and no one answers. Calls come about 2 times a day. I try calling and get a recording that the number cannot be completed as dialed (even though I dial all digits including the number 1) or I have received a recording that the number cannot be dialed from my calling area.

I, too, was receiving calls at all hours with no one on other end.....called # only to hear message about not being able to make this call.....called the "supposedly owner" of this number (carrier) discovered this is a case of caller ID spoofing.....said nothing could be done.......called my carrier and have had this so-called toll free number blocked from my number. We shall see.....................

I keep getting a call from this number. I am starting to get annoyed and have wasted my time to call them back, but they keep calling me. Please get this number removed, blocked, etc. as i am finding this unwelcome

I have received at least 2 calls per day from 1-800-699-4829 and no one answers - I say "hello" and they hang up.  This has gotten to be extremely
annoying.  I tried calling them back and received this message, "We're sorry.  That number cannot be completed as dialed.  Please check the number and try again."  If it can't be reached then how are they using it to harrass me -

Pulling my hair out too!   Ok here is the new scoop.   This number is now with Primetel Communications (888-Primetel).  In speaking with them, they have the number however it is not active.   A telemarketing company is using this number as their caller id and it is untraceable.  Primetel is aware of the situation, but states there is nothing they can do until the owner of the number connects the line.  Until such time we all will continue to get these annoying calls. I have contacted the FCC and they tell me that all we can do is submit a complaint (which I have done).  Maybe if we all send a complaint something will get done! When I get phone calls from this number no one ever talks. I answer it and 5 seconds into the phone call the line drops. I contacted the 1-800 number suggested above and the agent that I spoke with stated that that phone number 1-800-699-4829 is no longer a customer of UCN due to an ongoing issue with them. She placed me on hold for a very long time while went to find out who there new carrier was. Unfortunately I have limited minutes on my phone and could not wait any longer so I was unable to get anymore information. This number is now going through a company called Paytana and there number is 212-613-3000.

Well, either yelling at them works or they'll stop calling after a few days. All I can tell you is that I yelled into the phone the last three times they called and I haven't gotten a call from that number in a couple weeks. I guess they just sort of stop and move on to someone else eventually. I suppose all we can do is live with it until it stops.
