I usually do not answer any unknown calls, but...Received call on cell phone with no identification.  The usual robo fraud about being from Visa/Mastercard Award Center monitoring my accounts and would like to lower my interest rate. pressed 1 and agent must have been new at it.  He, with and Indian accent gave me his name and  telephone number 800-704-7497 . In the middle of repeating it again, someone cut him (Mr Schmit....really) off. Can we get an air wall around India? Again, I am held hostage by all these many phishing and thieving fraudulent  scumsters. The ransom is paying for a necessary phone service that I'm not free to use.
