This woman keeps calling wanting to talk to maintenance.  I keep telling her he's not available and to send him an email.  She is persistent and annoying.  She wants his cell number and I refuse to give it out.  If there is an order pending WE will be in touch with Green Earth.

She just called here 3 times and told me she was from the EPA and was going to report me as non-compliant.

Somehow got through to my landline and was giving out a really scripted line on hand cleansers & degreasers.  Might have been a really good AI.

This lady just called and asked for an employee who is no longer with the company.  Then she cracked a joke using the employees last name.  I hung up on her.

Green Earth Supply they blocked their number the first time.  She said
she was with GE.  She got mad when I told her we don't buy from over the
phone solicitors and she wanted my name and to be transferred to my boss
and I hung up.  They have a D+ rating with the BBB.

Totally rude and fraudulent, claiming to be with the EPA and OSHA. Demanded the cell phone number of the president of the company and then acted like she was trying to schedule a walk through for OSHA! Unbelievably rude.

The caller ID was Blocked with ANONYMOUS, some of our customers have the same so I answered it.  Michelle identified herself as calling from Green Earth Supply.  Said she had been trying to reach me and then started cracking jokes - I hung up.  If she is trying to sell something why isn't she calling the purchasing department?
