    they are not a scam. its a collection agency hunny, that is what they do call people to collect PAST due bills, no matter how long ago it was, its still owed!!! look on your credit report not just any number can go on your report. Pay your bill that is all they ask, if you cant talk to them and tell them why or work things out with them 25$ a month they cant do [***]. If its not your bill, then maybe you should call the credit bureau about your credit report because if something is on there that isn't yours, only the credit bureau can help you with that.
