I received a called from Linda Lewis asking me return her call to this number a couple of days ago and she left a message on my voicemail at work. She said in a fake happy, excited voice, "I have some great news for you . . ." I'm sure its just a scheme to have someone call her back.

Received another call 8/28/08 at 7:30 p.m. on my voicemail at work. It was the same lady, Linda Lewis.

This Linda Lewis person called me also, at a relative's house!!! After I asked her to remove this number, she said "Well, I reached you, didn't I" and proceeded to threaten to garnish wages for a debt she claims that I have, but had no details of.
Now that I know that threatening to garnish wages is a $1000 fine according to the FCRA, I can't wait to hear form this lady again.  :)

A man called our home from this number today at 1:05 PM  He was looking for our DIL who doesn't live in the same city [nor same county] as we do.  He stated that she had 72 hrs to call him before having a suit brought against her.

Gave the number in question with an extension number of 122.

Received a call at work from this number ext. 120 Ryan Kelly regarding something he was taking care of for me.........yea right

I've been getting calls from this company, looking for someone else whom they believe is related to me, for months and have asked several times for them to stop.  Every time I ask to be taken off the list, they say there isn't a list.  Every time I ask to speak to a supervisor, I'm reassured that I will not get calls anymore.  Today, when I asked to speak to the supervisor, the extension was busy. I'll have to pursue some legal action against these folks because they are calling me knowing that I am NOT the debtor nor have information on the debtor they are looking for.

Person called me from this number asking me to deliver a message to a person who lives a few apartments away from me.  Is that even legal?

First of all lady the FCRA is Fair Credit Reporting Act and has nothing to do with collections itself. It only pertains to credit reporting. You are thinking of FDCPA. Before you start quoting laws and looking for ways to get people in trouble you should at least make yourself sound intelligent and know your facts. Secondly - pay your bill

I received two calls (a week apart) from this number from linda lewis. She left the first voicemail with a calm voice telling me that I must call her back and didn't me what it's regarding. The second voicemail she left me sounded like she's pretty pissed off that I didn't return the call. She continued to demand that I should call her back.

This Linda Lewis person called me also, trying to get a hold of one of my neighbors!!!!  I asked her where she got my name and phone number as my street address is NOT listed in the white pages, just the City.  She back peddeled a bit and she said she got it right off the "white pages" website.  Fist of all I can't believe they have the nerve to start calling neighbors about someone that lives down the block, but also now I know about my neighbor's financial woes, and like I am really going to pass the message onto them from a debt collection service agency.  Geez! These people are IDIOTS!!!!
