This is a phone number listed on a yellow postcard advertising "Warranty Notification--Important Vehicle Warranty Information"

It is not a recall notice for your vehicle; actually, it is ad for a used car extended warranty.  See http://kingwarranty.com/contracts.htm

Oops, I'm sorry I clicked the wrong answer.  This reply was very helpful to me.  It's a shame these people have to scam folks.  I worked with the elderly for years and this is just the scam that they may fall into.

Got the same mailing expect it was a computer generated letter that you had to rip open at the side.  Interesting that it only had a phone number for contact, no true business name or return address.  It did have a US postage paid permit number 792 out of Ft Lauderdale, FL.  Name on the outside was "motor Vehicle Services".  Since this "advertisement"  was so scant on information as to who was offering the services, I have forwarded it to the state attorney general of California as lacking the proper identification of the company doing business.  If it isn't registered with the state they might be in violation of state laws.

Every time i get something in the mail i didn't ask for, I cross out my name and address and write: "RETURN TO SENDER! REMOVE NAME AND ADDRESS FROM MAILING AND CONTACT LISTS! DO NOT FORWARD TO ASSOCIATES OR THIRD PARTIES!"
Then put it back in a mail box. No postage necessary!

Don't know if it ever gets back to originator but I don't receive mailings or calls from the same company. If enough fed up citizens clog the mail system with this junk mail allowed to pass through the system to our homes, then maybe the government will help stop this madness.

Have you tried Decaf Coffee? Tastes just like the real thing. Might want to look into it. Just a friendly suggestion.
