This number called me twice in 2 minutes--I was at work so I didn't answer it--the voice mails were pretty unintelligible, but it seemed pretty clear they had the wrong number.

This number called my cell at 1:30 a.m.

called me twice, one on Oct 2 and another one on Oct 5, left me a message asking me to call back to a doctor's office. what was weird is that, they seemed to be a interpretation service, speaking some language that I don't know.

I received a call from this number, saying they were calling from HSBC bank, but gave me another number to call back and also a file# as reference.

I found it weird, of course, I did not call back. It sounds to me like a scam.

Call & call & CALL several times in 3 days... 1st day twice... 2nd day 4 times... 3rd day 5 times from at the wrong time of the night and during the day this afternoon.... Reason why i am reporting Today!  At night I set the phone OFF to avoid be harass by phishing scams!!!
Please, Y'll Do the same and let the answer machine or service to work for you!  Or cash on them if possible!!!

This is a translation service.  They may have the wrong number.  Highly unlikely it is SPAM.

Been calling the last 2-3 days every half half hour, Christmas Eve as late as 10:30pm and today

I picked up the phone and figured out it's a telemarketer and hung up. It called the second time right away and left message. It was from Orange County CalOptima.  The person called is not so professional by not firstly mentioning where the call was from. No wonder so many people consider it SPAM.

This seemed like a spam call but it is not.  My wife is not a native English speaker and this company makes appointment calls on behalf of specialist doctors offices to set up appointments in the patients native language.  They are basically a translator-for-hire, so I suppose any company could use them, they might call you because of a wrong number, but if you or anyone in your family is a non-native English speaker then they are probably legit calling you on behalf of another company.  I found this out when we listened to the voicemail, and needless to say we called right back.
