The moment I looked up this number, the first search engine to appear read: "Beware Companies Posing as Quicken Loans!"  The information it contained, however, concerned emails, not phone calls.  A woman on a very bad connection asked for employee data, which I never supply but said I could give her the procedure to follow.  She put me on hold, then a man took the instructions.  Both were very professional.  The odd point is, whenever Quicken Loans phones, that's what appears on Caller ID, along with 313-373-3000.  In this case, it showed TOLL FREE CALL and this number.
