    I am a Moderator in the HP Forum.

    There has been a user, hphelpdesk, sending private messages to many of our forum users asking them to call a toll free number. When users call this number, they are asked to pay for support.

    They fake phone numbers you know replies to Robert
    Is the number real? Maybe. Is the caller who they say they are? Maybe not. Due to caller ID spoofing (faking) give out no information on an incoming call. Look the number up, verify it, call that number if you have to.
