Omg mee tooo! I have been so worried about it when they  they say they are going to take legal action and they Dont say any name at all!

got a call from this number- of course call was a recording that did not even say my name.  I was told to call back on a different number  - I can't believe these people are still at it.  I am not that hard to find, if this was a vaild debt collector they would know my address - and they would send me a letter.   This is a SCAM.  also important to know- I know what i have for debts and everything is current.

just a follow up... it has been 24 hours and nothing...

They continue to call me at work and on my cell. It's been well past the 24 hours that I had to call back or have legal counsel call back and nothing.  If you look up CES America which has to do with heath care.  Their number is the same as the one the scammers are calling from 800 721 3545.  I find that interesting.

I continue to get calls from this number even though i told them the person they are looking for is not at this number. Never heard of them. Told person I'm on the Do Not Call List and they obviously don't care. I have their number blocked so they can't get through but it's annoying all the same.

Same message.  Different Day.  They never use my name.  It's always a robot call with a link to speak to a real person.  Don't bother. It's a scam to scare the crap out of you.  You would think whoever is in charge would get the hint that we all know its a scam.

They just called my cell phone and said something in the form of threatening legal action over a past due something. I instantly knew it was a scam call and so I entertained these idiots. I had to jump through 5 different recordings to get a live person. Then the person wanted my cell number. I told her you called me so I'm not giving you my number, she said that was how she had to look up my acct. Well, we all know phone numbers change. I refuse to give it to her and threatened legal action against them since I don't owe anyone any money. The bills I do have are paid on time so I have no reason for harassing collection calls. I told her I'm on the do not call list and she doesn't have permission to call me. She immediately hung up on me when I threatened legal action. I guess if I really owed someone money she would of tried harder to get it from me.

You probably work for them.  Wouldn't surprise me.

Of this call. I have had this number call numerous times and I know it is a scam. But I would like to know how to make them stop.  Just takes up space on my answering machine.

I posted in Feb and March and now today, 4/10/2015 they called again.  Today I called them back and actually got someone that was living.  They are looking for my son who was killed in a car accident in May/ 1998.  He will be dead 17 years the end of May.  Sooooooooooooo  there is a statute of limitations in all states. In our state it is 3 years, so these people are bogus debt collectors.  He died with out a will so his estate was never probated, he was 31 so never thought of having a will.  They asked me if the last four digits of his #SS were and read them off.  I said how would I know he has been dead for 17 years and was married at the time.  What debt could they possibly be trying to get me to pay, after 17 years??????  SCAM

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE AND IMMEDIATELY BLOCK THE NUMBER.   These people have been harassing me for years.  First it starts out with a fake name of a person they are trying to track.  I stupidly told them they have the wrong person.  Mistake!    There is THE nastiest black woman who has threatened me and called me MFer!!! So when I go nasty back, she said "You just bought yourself 3 more years of my harassing you."   FYI, they call from 415, 650, 510 and 800 numbers.  They are located in the Bay Area of California.

I get these calls every couple of months always saying I have 24 hours to respond or I will be served, etc.  Firstly, I do not have any debts that are delinquent.  One time I did answer the call and I asked them what debt it was for and they said they cannot disclose the information over the phone.  Oh really??? Okay, I then asked the guy Redmond to mail me a copy of what he has in front of him so I can validate if this is a debt of mine or my husband.  He said I can't this is an official copy that will go to your local courthouse.  Okay, make a photo copy and sent it to me then.  He readily hung up. IT'S A SCAM PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  If you do speak to these people, DEMAND A COPY OF THE DEBT IN WRITING.  If they were a valid credit collection agency, they have to provide you a written copy of what is owed, who the original creditor is, etc. This is because you as the consumer have 30 days to acknowledge the debt or refuse it and file a grievance stating it's not your debt.  They cannot just say well if we dont hear from you within 24 hours, we assume it's valid and will start proceedings.  NEVER let these people intimidate you.  Know your rights when it comes to debt collection, if you owe past due debts. The call back number they gave was 855-420-8250.

I have received called from that number threatening legal action for a loan I have no recollection of and I have asked for proof and have gotten no response from them. The loan in question was from years ago from Cash Net which as been paid off yet they keep calling me stating I owe, I asked for email address to submit my paid in full letter and it comes back as undeliverable, I call back actually got someone who was completely illiterate and even though she was American did not speak proper English who then threatened to have my license suspended for not paying her over phone with no proof of loan.  I have received several calls and email from companies claiming that my loan is approved which I never applied for, they never leave a message and if you call the # back it is not in service. All a fraud and this company is a part of it. I spoke to some lady name Nicole Evans.

For the record, this lady was almost selling herself as if I had won a cruise or something.  She tried to tell me that my father was hateful because he called her a "donkey's rear end" and said my mother is the sweetest person.  I agree with my father.  How is that you have the nerve to contact me over something that you say happened in 2009 and now my parents will get in trouble behind it.  120 without license.  YOU are funny!  I have been at the DMV too many times for something like that to go unnoticed.   I hope that you are comfortable with your life since you say you are the sweetest person I could ever deal with to resolve this.  You right, you so sweet till you are rotten.  You have a job scamming people so you and your helpers can live nice.  You won't get my check!  Please if you get a call from a lady and she won't answer your questions about the company, just hang up.  The threats don't even faze me anymore.....  You have to deal with my lawyer.

They told me the same thing and also they're filing felony charges against me for one the case number is not even legit. For 2 i dont believe they would have an automated caller call you and tell you that

Another call. I get these all the time. Is total BS.  Try and freak out folks. And the scared pay. Dont do it.

Don't worry about it, a phone call is not legal notice of anything.  This is a debt scammer.  Ignore and block the calls.
