I just simply call them back and prank the hell out of them.  Today, so far, I played as an angry prick demanding to speak to the @$$hole that keeps calling my number.  The said they would check and hung up.  So I called back as a woman who has been robbed of her ovaries and woke up in a bath of ice water and salt.  Later today, I am going to portray as an FBI agent who's in charge of the individual whom they are inquiring about, that's a witness to a high-profile case, and is currently under witness protection.  You have to learn to have a little fun with them.  Don't get mad.  Get even!

I am not the person they are asking for & I don't owe any debts...Probably a SCAM...Please make them STOP!

Another pain in the rear harrassing company calling all day everyday.

Several calls to a cell phone that I provide to my parents.  I called the 800 number and the person who to my call (x376) refused to give me the name of the person they were trying to find, but did promise to remove my parents cell phone number.

I plan on sending the company a bill, then file a claim and have a collection agency call them

a fraud call from oxford management department.

OXFORD continues to call me 8-12 times per week all hours of the day & night. I called them back & told them I'm not the person named & I owe no debts. I asked them to NOT to continue to call & harrass me...and I know they are a SCAM. I asked them to put me on their do not call list & I was rudely told they would think about it. I told them I will report their calls as harrassment.
PLease let us start a class action suit to get these people to STOP HARRASSING US!

This company has repeatedly called my house at off-peak hours.  It shows up as out of area, I had a phone call at 3:00 AM, 1:00 AM, weekends. I have also told them NOT to call my office, but they continue to do so.  Let me hear back if you have had such an experience.  Thanks.

Oxford Management Services calls my place of business repeatedly from 866-822-6750. It seems they use multiple telephone numbers. I am the receptionist and when I answer the call, the caller usually hangs up, or there is a recorded message. Someone reported that OMS asked for the last four digits of his/her SS#. It is very likely OMS is a scammer seeking personal information on people to bilk them out of money. DO NOT give these people, or anyone else who calls YOU, any personal information.

This company(oxford management services) has been calling my home for over a year now. I have been working two jobs so therefor i have not been home enough to stop and call them back. I was home long enough yesterday to finally wait thru the automated voice that was telling me to hold for a rep. if i was "first name last name". It was my name so i held to hear about the "important business matter". When i finally got to a rep.She asked me how she could help me, which i found to be funny,(because this number called me, i didnt call them) once i told her that i didnt call in that they called me, she put me on hold and came back and announced her name to be Sharon. Then proceeded to tell me that she represented Bank of America. Where granted, i do have an oustanding account with. But she began to tell me that i have an outstanding account with them and that they want to "help me" clear it up. and when i told them that i had already contacted a rep at my local bank of america, she then told me that i have to pay this with OMS and that i cannot contact my bank on this matter because my file has been sent to them now. etc..i then asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold and thats when another girl by the name of Tiffany comes on the line..... And when she realized that she couldnt rebuttal me by re-interating that i have not cleared up an outstanding checking account and started getting aggrivated with me and started telling me that the fact of the matter is, is that i cant pay my bills, and that I am a liar about contacting my bank previously to clear this amount up with them directly (which i truely had already spoken to my bank to handle this very small amount with them and re-open my checking account) lol. she then told me that since i was arguing with her she was going to go ahead and sendit back as a refusal to pay. that way they can take legal action. I then called my bank to verify if this company represents them and they referred me to the recovery center where they opened a file with me. and told me that OMS only collects debts and is no affiliate with BANK OF AMERICA. which i already knew i just wanted verification from MY bank. please, first of all people. this collection agency is full of [***].(excuse my french :) they get paid $8-9 an hour or commission to COLLECT DEBT for MULTIPLE DIFFERENT COMPANIES. they simply ATTEMPT to collect debt. you do NOT HAVE to deal with harrassing phone calls from people like idiotic SHARON AND TIFFANY. who btw sounds like little ghetto hoodrats from chicago or miami. lol nor do you have to pay a debt back thru a collection agency. it is simply your choice. what they are unaware of is that I work in debt collections. I am the supervisor of the billing department for a LEGITIMATE collections company. so i would know what they are and are not aloud to do. and harassment is unacceptable. point blank period. my bank is going to be contacting them on my behalf to let them know that they need to take my file out of their list. and if they do not stop calling me, i will pursue legal action. enough said.

I called this number because it was a missed call on my cell phone. I had got a recording but it was in spanish.
Then about two minutes later I got a call back from a woman who was speaking spanish.  I told her no habla espanol, she then told me hold on, another woman got on the phone and started speaking in spanish. I told her no habla espanol, she then said ok and finally I told her someone called me from this number, she said something in spanish and I said what in the @*!% is this !  Then she stated this about the sex!  I said sex she said yes do you want sexo. I said no. Who the hell are these people?  Here is the phone number I called for the missed call. 1-800-722-1306. This is the number that called back if you see this don't answer !!!!       1-305-600-4789.

This isn't a professional collection agency, this is a SCAM!  Do not give out any information they ask for... i.e., SS number, bank account number, etc.  Once I told them to call my husbands bookkeeper, they hung up!  They were supposedly calling reagarding a $700 debt against my husbands business account at U.S. Bank (which we have had to close three times and open a new account because checks mailed were confiscated through the mail, copied excactly, and made out to who-knows who.  I find it interesting that a lot of the scam reports indicate debts owed to U.S. Bank.  I just told my husband we should change banks.  Once I told this woman that I was going to give her our bookkeepers phone number to look into this, the woman hung up.  Bet I won't be hearing from them again.  Now I'm going to call the Better Business Bureau (if they can even find them.)  Be careful, there are a lot of SCAMS out there.

I get frequent harassing phone calls from Oxford Management (sometimes several times a day).  The number they call from is 1-877-217-5769.  The few times there has been a person on the other end, I have asked them to take my number off their  list.  They have been extremely rude and hung up on me, but the calls continue.  My credit record is clean.

How do I get the calls to stop?
