She said company name was Rollins and Rivers..and that the call was confidential.

I called the # and asked the nature of their company and was treated rudely

Got a call from Judy Moore with Rollins & Rivers she left a message stating that she was with this firm with a tone of voice as if she was with a law firm.  Told us to call back regarding our business.  When I called back someone answered the phone "RRI".  I asked "what type of business is this" the lady on the phone said RRI.  I asked "what does RRI do?"  I was told many things.  I asked if a Judy Moore was there and was told to hold.  After 2 min. the receptionist picked up the phone and said she is not here can i leave my name.  I asked again what type of business is this?  The lady on the phone was very rude and would not give me any info.  I did not leave my name.

Just recieved the same call as you! They are a Law Frim specializing in Debt Recovery (No Payment). I simply declined what they had to offer.

Tom Graham called from same place, left a message on my personal cell phone to call them back.  Called back and was put on hold.  They took my name and number for him to call me back but when I asked the nature of the company the receptionist said he would explain all that.

Very rude, threatening and out of line
