These people have been told to stop calling our house repeatedly. They just don't get the message!

My 83 year old mother is being called repeatly by this company also- taking a step forward the are looking for a person named Ann Wilson. my mothers name is Hazel Wilson and we no  no Ann Wilson.Can we press harassement charges? perhaps in their  home state or city?

I get a call from this number at least twice daily.  Nobody is ever on the line

At 5:29 p.m. Central time on Saturday, June 14, 2008, I received yet another call from 800-724-1818. After many attempts to stop this with no one on the line to talk to when I answer the phone, please stop calling me!
I requested this phone number when I called them back to stop and the man on the phone said "Don't threaten me." I told him "I am not threatening you. I am stating a fact that I want to be on the no call list and it's a federal offense if this continues and I will contact an attorney."

I received numerous calls from 800 Service that is 800-724-1818. There is no one on the line when I answer repeatedly. I have contacted that number of which they call themselves "Scholastic Customer Service." I have requested them to quit calling me and they said it is an automated system they are having trouble with. My reply this last time to a man was "Quit calling me. Put me on a no call list. It is a federal offense not to do so and I will contact my attorney." The reply was "Don't threaten me."

these people have charged my credit card $18.96 cents. I never got a call from them, never gave them a credit card, never purchased anything from them. Their phone number shows up in my Visa bill. Of course I have disputed it; but how did they get a credit card number? Must be associated with Pimselur, a company that I gave this card to charge $10 for sample Spanish lessons. I cancelled immediately and made sure all future charges/shipments were cancelled. Now, three months later, this crap!

Same thing just happened to our family.  I noticed a charge (recurring) on my bank statement for $18.96 cents.  In calling them (call center)  they claimed that they could not find the charge and would need my credit card number to trace it.  (hahahahahahah)  No record of my name ,mailing or billing address...or phone number.  They can't help me without my card number....My bank said "FRAUD".  Had to personally visit branch and sign papers.  Report this to the FBI....are you kidding me?  The current DOJ administration only investigates the efforts of border States upholding the law.

I just got the same thing. $18.96. I called Wells Fargo and had them trace the number and this is were it got me. They still can't trace the number to any website or address. I tried filing a claim but it wouldn't go through. The just refunded me the money. I had my back card closed. Some [***].

I got this on my card also, but for less then $18.  I am going to ask for a refund and cancel my credit card and get a new one...

I used to get books from them then I had to get a new debit card but they somehow managed to still find me and charge me...
