- GuestCaller has its caller ID blocked and they did not leave a message. The phone number they called is a dedicated private line that only 3 people know the number to, and this caller wasn't one of them. So it has to be a spam or scam caller calling random numbers.

- Tired of ScammersCaller ID says the call was from ADT Security so I answered - nobody there, then I kept hearing a ringing phone. I hung up and tried to call the number but it never went through. Definitely a scammer!

- Robert M| 1 replyCaller ID showed ADT and 800 724 9093. I answered while it was still ringing. No one there. I got a dial tone in less than a minute. We have an ADT account so I called the number back. There was a recording telling me the call would be recorded. Then a live voice told me the same thing It was a young sounding woman's voice. She said there was a mandatory update to my system that required a service tech to come to my house. She wanted to set up a date for the service. I told her I didn't want an update, mandatory or not, and I hung up.

- MzieGot a call today, 2/4/2021 & I heard a message that the call is recorded. Then a live man's voice came in & told me that my cell phone provider is doing update to their system & that he wanted to setup an appointment to go to my house & change a receiver on my ADT pad. I told him that I am not aware of any updates & since he did not even ask for my security password, I bluntly told him that he is a scammer. He gave me his name as Andrew L & that his employee ID is 156174. I asked for his number so I can call back. So, I then called the correct ADT phone that I have on file & requested to have an employee ID validated for me. The true ADT person informed me that the call that I received today did not even register on their system, so she asked to beware of scammers.

- Tygerkat replies to DYou arranged an update and then looked up the phone number? Why? If you didn't trust that it was ADT, why didn't you look up the number first?
- Nina3 calls received in last 3 days. When I answer no one says anything and then it disconnects

- Riley| 1 replyReceived call from this number but no message. ADT is doing an update for the 5G towers. They say you're monitoring may not work if you don't have it but my advice is to make appointment directly with ADT and not the people that call you on the phone . I also receive a card in the mail about this every week from ADT. Scammers are taking advantage of this I'm sure . The phone calls come in almost every day. I can't imagine the real ADT bugging you that much.
- Caller: Not actually sure may be Spam
- ADT Customer| 1 replyValid ADT caller. I called the number right back and it is an ADT line. I also received a card that they were upgrading their system last week so I was waiting on a call from them. They did ask for my password before they started giving me info and thanked me for being a customer for 12 years which IS correct.
- Caller: ADT
- Call type: Valid
- BigA replies to ADT CustomerThanks for confirming that this is not ADT. I received a call from them several weeks ago, not from this number, and they did not ask me for my password.
- MelissaI received a call saying they need to upgrade the cellular part of my system. Something felt fishy, so I said this wasn’t a good time and asked if I could schedule it online later. When she said no, I asked for a number for me to call ADT back. She said 800-724-9093, but again, something in her voice felt off. I checked my email (because I did remember seeing something about that), and ADT does schedule online.

- AlIt may be ADT. I dont care if they need to upgrade my system. Strangers arent coming into my home in the liddle of an unresolved pandemic! Are businesses crazy? Just because they want our money, Im not endangering my health or safety for their profit.
- Caller: Probably ADT, but they hung up w no msg
