The same thing just happened to me! I don't shop at Sears. I called back and their system recognized my # and started prompting me about the delivery tomorrow between 1 & 3, she asked me my phone #, address, name, etc. I asked if this was really Sears! She said thank you for calling back and to ignore any further calls. This seems very weird. I googled the # and got this site, it seemed legit and just a data entry error, UNTIL I see it happened to you too! I will be checking all my accounts shortly to make sure there are no fraud charges!

Call was from Sears Delivery regarding a delivery confirmation time window. Pretty neat system as I had missed the call, and when I called back the automated system gave me the info. Only reason I will not give it 5 stars is because caller id showed Toll-Free instead of Sears.

We ordered a mattress to be delivered. This is just a delivery confirmation. Although they didn't leave a message so I did have to call to get a delivery window. It is legitimate.

So why did you need to look the number up here?

Well,  my guess would be that since her caller left no message and perhaps the caller ID only showed a number,  she came here to see who called,  called them to see what they wanted,  then came back here to put others at ease.  There are other senerios.  I often come here,  like you and others just to read what's going on.  Been reading,  for no real reason,  for 3 or 4 years.  Nope,  I'm not a shill....I barely can spell it.

I had a very bad experience with this number.A person call me  from  sears because the machine they brought me were faulty. I tried to get them back they claim they didn't recognize my number. Sear home delivery service is terrible. The home delivery service came and joke around with the neighbors

Apparently this is an automated text from Sears delivery.  However, we are not expecting a delivery and they keep calling even though I have texted STOP
3 times.  Finally reached a real person outside the U.S. and asked that these texts stop. Sears needs a better system.

This is a home delivery reminder. You want to take this call if you're expecting a delivery. I'm not sure why someone would get a call if they weren't expecting a delivery, but I suspect someone didn't enter their phone correct on the order and therefore someone else is getting the call. Don't be so angry about companies trying to give you a window of expectation. This is a valuable service and is greatly appreciated.... when you've made an order!

Sears calling. CID says "Toll Free Call". We block all 800-type calls. They emailed me and called from a legitimate number later. I have warned Sears and others (including ADT) that I NEVER accept toll- free calls, and if I miss something because they don't identify themselves properly I won't do business with them again. Enough is enough!

Sears Home Delivery Confirming a Delivery

Thanks to this website that confirmed that this number was Sears. I wonder why sears doesn't use caller ID instead of only a number appearing?  This would sure help the customer, like me, that was waiting for their serviceman.

Legitimate call from Sears Delivery service letting me know what my appliance delivery time was going to be, and to advice an adult must be present to accept delivery.

So, Sears called and told you when they were going to be delivering your item?  That means that you knew what the call was about and who called.  You then went out. searched the number to tell the world that your delivery was coming.  Why would you do that?

I keep getting calls for someone not in our household about some type of delivery. Can't get it to quit calling!

So that other people looking up the number also know that it's Sears??

BigA, you didn't get a call from Sears or Mattress Firm, which begs the question; Why are you here?  This is the third post of yours, in different threads, that I've seen where you are bashing legitimate posters.  Why are you doing it?
