they say that they are unable to reach you and want you to call back.

This machine has called me on 3 different occasions. My number is listed on the Do Not Call list. They continue to harass me with their pre-recorded message. I am trying to find a way to stop them too!

Leaves me message to call return the call urgent message

I will call Attorney Genreal to see about getting them to stop calling my cell.

I'm receiving daily phone calls from this number to a prepaid cellphone. I called the number in their message to inform them that they obviously have the wrong information and gave the person answering (Identified himself as Louis) my phone number and asked them to stop the calls. He immediately responded that he didn't have that number on his list (an obvious lie as he responded immediately without time to reference any "list") and assured me that he'd make sure the calls stopped. Another lie - the calls continue, often more than once a day.

Does anyone know a way to make the calls stop short of changing my number? I'm extremely aggravated at paying prepaid time on my phone in order that these scum can harass me with recorded messages trying to collect a debt that is not mine. Is there a class action against OSI that I can contact?

I'm tired of these phone calls, 2 or 3 a day.

I do not owe them or anyone else any money.

I keep getting phone calls from this number and when I hear it on my answering machine they play music for a few seconds and then a woman keeps saying, "hello, hello, hello". If they can't leave a message then I don't answer.

I get call from 1-800-733-8782 and it says hold to speak with a rep. Then someone comes on line saying hello, hungup the call. On other occasions I have said not to call me and remove my name from registry to which they say "we are soorry and we will remove your phone number from our registry" still they call back. Its anoying and feels like theres no law in this country anymore. No wonder we are in a deep [***] here!

I get calls from this number, several times a day, everyday.  I don't get home until late from work.  They never leave a message, and if it's important, why can't they leave a message.  This is borderline harassment and I'm VERY much on the DO NOT CALL registry!  This needs to stop!

I get this call twice a day, I believe it is Virgin Mobile

That number calls my cell phone daily, even after I've paid of my medical debt.  Is this fraud...is there another someone else thinking they can get money from me about the same account...that have obviously been...hmmm....if anyone knows please tell me?

I get calls from this number all the time. At least once a day sometimes more. They leave a message. It goes something like this " This is an attempt to collect a debt. You need to call me back today. Thank you" First if they were legit, they never say who they are calling for. I have 5 adults living in this house. Who is supposed to call them? Don't ever say what kind of debt it is or what company they are trying to collect for. I am not calling them back. They can either give the info that a normal company would I don't want anything to do with them.

Had a series of calls from this number and then it quit for about a year - now they are back.

They called my cell phone, didn't answer, and when I checked my voicemail, all I heard was piano music the entire message. Never heard a voice

I got this call today too, said, "This is a debt collection company - Encino Finacial Service inc, call back Jeanette Gonzales..."   I'm not calling her, of course, but thats what they are saying these days. Let me guess - all you need is my social and debit card number to clear up this little matter, eh?

I got a call saying that they where a debt collector,etc. The thing is they called my company cell phone. it is brand new and no one has the number yet. This is has got to be a Phishing scam!

it's a robocall outfit, claiming to be mco or nco financial calling about a "debt." if you call back, they claim they're on the west coast. ask for more details, and it's the west coast of America. Ask for more information, and it's "north america." Turns out it's in Mexico.

Even though I called from the number that had received the message, they claimed they had record of an account at my number. yep, probably phishing...
