got a call at work from "Jackie at ASG OFFICE" to call her back and she would explain what this very important phone call was about. she gave me a reference # too. I googled the 800# and apparently ASG is a credit collections company.

Bia keeps calling for my girlfriend when shes not home and im getting tired of it, I ve read a few other message boards and apparently their like a collection group that is not really collections.  Basically they try to settle non legal contracts that were made is what I think.  Correct me if im wrong

They called a friend of mine, a coworker, at his unlisted home number looking for me. They should have had no way of connecting an association between he and I or to have gotten his number to call there asking for me.

These people call me at least twice a day.  They leave a message, "this is adam with first source, please call back we are open until 10pm" then repeat the message again with a reference #.  And they call me from blocked and unknown id's... ergg

The start of the message was cut off and the caller spoke so quickly and quietly I could barely make out what they were saying, other than that they were from a collections agency looking for me.  They left a reference number and told me to call back.  I know damn well I have no old or current accounts that could be in collection, so who the hell knows what they want.

Person wanted to talk to my deceased Grandfather.  He wouldn't give me any information.  Sounds fishy to me.

The man called and stated this is Mr. Buckley calling from First Source Advantage. It's important that you return my call today. This is so annoying.

I have the same issue, a friend of mine is getting calls from this number for me, I never lived at her house nor used her phone number for personal use.  shame shame shame they will get a call and ear full from me.

They kept calling looking for some woman named Alice.  I asked them to quit calling me, but they kept insisting that they talk to Alice.  I told them I didn't know any Alice and that I was reporting them the the BBB, which I have done.

they called my neighbor expecting them to give them my phone number . well mine is unlisted and the neighbors dont even have lmfao way too funny these [***] wont never get any money from me. ill owe that bill all the way to my grave lmfao good luck morons!!!!!

I keep getting automated phone messages from First Source Advantage. It is always a recorded message that states they have an urgent message for me and I should call them back right away! Well, I did call them and the answering service is in India. When I asked who I was calling and what they do they wouldn't tell me, nor would they let me speak to a supervisor. In fact, two out of three of their reps hung up on me. They would not remove my phone number from their calling list because I would not give them my name. They said there were 101 listings for my phone number. Yes, they are very annoying. If it's so urgent to talk to me, why don't they have a human being call me?

best thing to do is call them  back about 20 times each day . cuz at them chew them out each time then they stop answering the phone that day. it is way too funny. ask for todd he is a real dweeb!!!!!!!

I have received  2 calls  from  first  source  and  I don't  know  who  they are  and  I  dobn't  know  how  they  got my  cell phone  number and  they  left  this  number  with  a ref #  and  asked  that  I  call  them  back  right away,  I haven't  even received a  a  written  letter  from this  company.  Also,  their  number  always  comes  up  restricted.

I am getting calls for a nephew with the same last name as me.  The kid is too young to have credit.  Not sure what to do about it, but I am glad I googled it.  It was a weird message with "urgent to call us back".  They left a reference number.  I called back to tell them there is no one here by that name, they wanted to know if I could speak spanish.  Uh, no.  Had no reference to the call they made, and so on.  I just told them there is no one here by that name, but I am sure they will keep calling.

A person called said she was Liz, I was to call her back at the number she left and another to use as a reference. I thought they couldn't do that any longer as my bills are in a debt solution program.

Here's one for you. Cynthia Mitchell (Firstsource Caller) contacted my sons mothers brothers wifes parents looking for me! She was rude and forceful. The funny thing is, I was never married to my sons mother. How they can verbally threaten people of no relation to me without breaking some type of law?  This needs to stop!!

They called me.  I answered.  I tried to tell the person on the line that I no longer wantd them calling me and quoted the Fair Credit Reporting Act laws, both national and state, regarding this and she continued to speak without interuption.  I finally hung up.  Then they called me again and left a message detailing private information using the discalimer that "...if this is not the person I am trying to reach, please hang up now."  They have repeatedly called and most recently I answered and got a recorded message menu.  Their number shows up as Private Caller most of the time, but the last caller ID was 716-564-4811.

I've been getting calls from this company everyday sometimes twice a day. Leaving messages like:
This is Liz from First source Advantage it is very important that you return my call this is a important business matter please use reference number blah blah blah blah call back at 1-800-741-8860 as soon as possible.
Or messages like: this message is for ________ if you continue to listen to this message you are required by law to relay the following message to _________ Please call so and so at first source advantage at 1-800---- ext---
They continue to call at all hours sometimes a automated message and Im not sure if this is a real deal or what? Its so irritating to get these phone call non stop...and with a blocked number So I don't answer.

I received a call. The called ID showed 1-222-234-51  That number doesn't even make sense, so I didn't answer.  There was a message from Amy at First Source Advantage.  She called in regards to ref # yada yada yada, and it was urgent for me to call her back, hours are 8am-10pm EST.  I called on the toll free number she left in the message and the number rang non-stop...
