mr cooper calls

asking for someone who does not live here

leaves a message with only the last number to call coming through....

This number is for First Financial Asset Managment...they're a shady debt collection company.  They're also highly obnoxious when it comes to making phone calls and harassing both businesses and individuals.  They call my business constantly, always asking for a Katherine.  The best thing to do is report them to either the FCC or ACA International.

They call my work and my parents' house. Send letter to cease and desist telephonic harassment at:

They call my cell phone up to 10 times a day. When they leave a message it's in broken English something about an important business matter. I answered once and couldn't understand them so I hung up. I got ripped off by one of these "so called" Collection Agencies before because I couldn't fully understand them--never again.

One tactic they use when calling is asking you to "confirm or deny" that you're such and such person. They will not stop calling you until you send them a "stop calling letter" via certified mail with return receipt. You can fight with them on the phone however long you want, they will still not stop. The letter is the only way to stop them.

Now it's a woman named Cheryl Simmons at extension 1216!  Ack!

The people called 5 times a day and there is no one on the line. It is just a recording. They call at 8:00 in the morning, so I have reported it to FTC about this call.
