- ladyhawk| 1 replyThis number call called my house about 4 times a day every day for about three months. If the call is answered, no one is there.
- annoyedThis number calls several times a day with a recording, and/or asking for someone not at this number. I've tried to be put on a do not call list, but I still get annoying calls.
- irritatedHave gotten dozens of calls from this number. If no answer they leave a recorded message for someone I don't know. I think it is a collection agency.

- mary kayi have been getting calls from this number 4-6 times a day, why can't anyone do something about this if there are so many complaints!!!
- GaleThey also have been calling me for about three weeks. Call about 4 times aday. I am also on the do not call list. (crap don't work) I told the guy he had the wrong number could not understand the person name he was calling from anyways. Call again and I politely told him (same guy) that he called me yesterday and no one with that name lives here. He said he will put in the computer wrong number for that person. He kept talking about quality assurance the call maybe monitored I hope so but I know it is a lie. I won't be nice the next time anyone call my house from 800 number any more. I have had this number for over 12 years and never had this much nonsense calling ever and I for one and sick of it.
- JohnThese people pretend to be calling from Capital One bank for some outstanding balance. They are calling erroneously my cell number. I happen to know the person they are trying to reach through my number. He called Capitol One as he has not outstanding balance with them. Capital One confirmed it is a scam call.
- Caller: Pretend Capital One collection Dpt
- RBELL1-800-748-4956 has been calling at least 3 times a day for the last two weeks. I don't answer. I am on the Pretend you are on the "no Call list" which obviously doesn't work. Crooks don't care about laws anyway.I have had my phone # for 29 years, and only in the last two months have I received as many as 6 different robocalls as many as 3 times a day for each.. I used to go sometimes 3 days without the phone even ringing as recently as two months ago, but now a barrage. Doesn't make sense.
- SludgebucketTime to get tough, I've had 4 calls from this number and many other scam-scumbag boiler rooms. Now that robotcalls are (technically at least) illegal from commercial businesses, I tell them "Oh Hi!". If they first ask if this is the "Jones" residence (or is this Mr./Mrs. Jones)...you're ON, they want info and tell them you'll answer 1 question for every answer they give you to your questions...Ok? Or, let them get through the opening sales pitch, then when they ask you if you'd wouldn't like to save billions of dollars by signing up with XXXX? You give them the 1 for 1 conditions as stated. You tell them you're NOT on the "Do not call list" because you enjoy talking to people. "Is this Mr./Mrs. Jones?"...response..."maybe". Now "my turn", (if female, ask if she is menstruating right now because it's a fertility turn on and my wife is also listening, if male, ask how often he masterbates. If they don't hang up or blow up, interject that the call is being recorded and the best ones end up posted on the internet, you tell them your YouTube page is getting very popular! Let's continue, so next question "would you like to save up to $200 a month on your insurance bill?". Answer, "maybe, now my turn", (if male) ask if he is circumsized, (if female) ask if she gets turned on by watching horses mate. Keep it going, if they play along and ask them if they've ever seen any of the "[***]" movies or TV shows. Tell them that it's your right to violate their privacy as much as they are violating yours and you intend to make money off of them calling you, remind them that they DID call YOU didn't they? Mention how great it is to get all the live victims since the robocalls are now illegal. Ask if they have any sexually transmitted diseases, tell them that you're draining the pustules as we speak in the bathroom sink, encourage them with the YouTube fame they'll have. NEVER answer their questions directly, say "maybe, who's calling?" at the opening and always remind them of the 1 answer for one question each way but never give out true information and great straight to the smut and how YOU will benefit from them calling you. Get disgusting, it's YOUR time and the YOUR money paying for the "Private Line" (FCC telecommunications lingo) that these trash companies are taking advantage of! The FCC is bought by some of this rubbish so you can forget any prosecution by them.
