    Is this a PG&E phone number? They said they were going to turn my PG&E off because electronic payments were not working.

    Why don't you call the company using the number on their website & ask THEM?  Then look up "spoofing".  BTW the caller is a LIAR & CROOK!

    I choose option 1 and received a busy signal.  At this moment I believe its a scam, as I know my power bill isn't late in payment.
