Got a voicemail from a Jessica James for an outstanding bill from Pacific Power. Called back and paid the bill promptly.  Zwicker and Associates is a debt collections firm that processes these claims.  They are basically legit.

This is also the phone number for Bonneville Collections out of Ogden UT

I have had Bonneville Collections on my case about a hospital bill I cant afford to pay. I talked to a female a month ago about having to wait till Jan 20 to make a payment. When I told her that she said no problem I will call you back and leave a voicemail for the number you need to call on that date. NOTHING was discussed as to what the payment amount would be. When I listened to the voicemail she left she said she put me down for a certain amount to pay on that date. Again nothing was discussed during the phone call as to what the amount of payment would be. When I called yesterday to make a payment the female said ok that will be so and so amount. When I said I could only make a payment 50 dollars less than that she went ballistic and I said that no agrrement was made on my part of the amount and she said" Be careful we record our conversations and I said then GREAT listen to the recording and find yourself wrong and do you want my money or not and all she could do was get in my face as to being that much shorter next month and how was I going to catch up? Finaly she said that I could send a check since a card transaction is more expensive. She even threatened my Wife and how she was going to pay for it and what our other bills were. I told her this is my bill I will take care of it. Well that wasnt good enough for this shark. I said I will send a check. No way will I send them money ever again. Let them serve me and get the judgement. I just gave them 2000 dollars two months ago and had to get a loan for that. That 2000 dollar bill was originally for 450 dollars. Blood suckers and theives that do not care about a thing except the rip off way they get there share and then some.

Shark....Per Oregon Law, a person paying on a debt is not required to pay legal fees.  Maybe you should check on that at oregon.gov before you start b*tching about how someone is taking care of their personal collection bill.  You have NO idea HOW he got the medical bill or what other bills they have...And yet you sit there and judge.  Are YOU the debt collector keeping tabs?  Loser!

Collection company with deceiving practices number came up 000. I don't even owe money, but. This collection company will take collections even if its false

This is Bonneville Collections and they are jerks! They are trying to make me pay something that has already been paid. I have called the PUC on them due to this.  Oh, and "shark", you are a bottom feeder.  Don't judge people especially on medical bills jack ass.

They called asking for a deceased person They are a scam

Told me I owed a hospital visit from June 2015. It was covered by medcaid.

I got a message from 800-475-0422 on caller ID to contact Ella Edwards with ? Collections about a supposed debt. They gave me an account number and asked I return the call to 800-760-0860 ext 1180. Based on these reviews, I am not going to call back. I know I don't owe anyone.

Boneville collections called me about a bill that was included in my bankruptcy. I told her that I went bankrupt on the hospital bill and she is still calling

A super rude beeyotch named "Taylor" called for someone that isn't an employee, but does work for us as a contractor. When I mentioned I could pass on a message she got all snippy and said "what good would that do?". Refused to say where she was calling from.

No message just two calls.  Wonder who's bill they want me to pay?

They have been calling and not leaving voicemail for at least a week now. I couldn't answer, because they would call when I was in appointments, or at church. I was finally able to answer this morning, and a very rude guy named Peter said they were from Pacific Power to collect on a previous bill. I told them that I was making payments to PP, and I had just spoken with them about 20 minutes prior. He then got real snippy and told me that if I didn't want to pay the bill, then to be up front and stop lying! These people are scum!

I just got a call from them. Did not even pick up because of the 800 number. Now I'm glad. Although I did read you could sue them that...

It's Bonneville Collections. In my case it's specifically for Idaho Power.

Kept calling daily, you'd think they'd figure out they've got the wrong number since my voicemail says my name and not the person they're looking for, or, you know- when I say they've got the wrong number.

Male calling and stating in an unenthused voice that it was a debt collection call.  Given other comments, I've received calls from a variety of numbers from these people, threatening to contact my non-existent employer and my family, threatening the police.  They even did contact my father, who has nothing to do with anything pertaining to my bills.  I never answer because of the hundreds of robocalls, and threats are BS.

This whole thread seems like the perfect example of what not to do when a debt collector calls.
