Received a harassing phone call from this number regarding a claim that I subscribed to magazines that I did not choose.  Supposedly I let them choose the magazines.  Supposedly I agained to a 12-month agreement at $50 a month.

The caller mistakenly called me again but from another phone number  888-814-2526.

It is all part of an internet scam that I got hooked into.

TALK AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE!! I was contacted by these people claiming to be from the collection department of Wholesale Magazine Club.  I had also been a victim of this internet scam.  When I refused to give them my new card number they claimed to have a recording of me agreeing to it.  After waiting almost ten minutes for this alleged recording I hung up.  The caller called me back from a different phone number with a recording that sounded just like me at that moment...Too bad I have the flu and am losing my voice.

Adamantly demand a paper bill and threaten to sue them.  That will get them to leave you alone.

I am also a victim of this scam. How should i get off from this scam?

they want me to pay 24.49 for 24 months... or I should pay a 380$ contract breaking fee...

I was stupid enough to get myself into this scam! they promised for restaurant.com gift voucher, Gas gift card, target gift card worth 50 Each and All i have to do is pay for shipping which is a 4.95.

I had to stop all transactions from this As- Hol-s so Bank of america suggested to change the Card number... I hope they dont affect my score :(
