hang up call on Cell phone then call back with music in the background

The caller left a message for "Patch or Tax Maynard" from American Crap Bon? They say it's regarding a"debt". They give you a three second time limit to deny you are Maynard. If you don't deny it you are admitting to it.

Did this company phish for info?
Did they give you the same "important info"?

The voice mail from a recorded message is "this call is for ______, this is an attempt to collect a debt...." blah, blah ...

As indicated above, it gives you a period of time to deny you're the person they're calling, then goes on to say "This is American Credit Bureau" and continues as long as voice mail allows then disconnects.

This person keeps calling my place of employment at least once or twice a week.  I thought they were not suppose to be able to do that.  It is a Miss Turner that keeps calling and leaving a case # with people who take messages in the office.

received an unwanted phone call from Miss Hickeman, Cheryl Buckman and Sean who refused to give me his last name.  They wanted information on a family member, but refused to tell me why they were calling.  The last person who I was transferred to was very suspicious and chose to end the conversation abruptly.  He came on to the phone very angry and gruffly sounding.
