has called several times, but no messages left.  ?

MSG left. Girls states my full name and says she is calling for .....( there is a pause) then says, " Burlington county news" regarding my automatic payment information. I have no idea what they are talking about ! My phone number is not listed in the telephone book.

The gentleman left a message and this phone number to contact.  It was for a local newspaper renewal department.  Seemed on the up and up since they had all of the information and didn't ask anything from me.

Miami Herald calling to remind me that my subscription is ending this month.  Must be a service the newspapers use.

Very pushy call center for renewing a newspaper prescription.  Has called twice.  The first time, I said "no, thank" eight separate times; the second time, I simply said "no, thank you" and hung up.

I believe you were referring to a 'subscription', no?

Telemarketer soliciting subscriptions for your local news paper. They make it sound like they are calling from your local paper.  Same kind of scam as the Duke power scam that has been widely reported here.

After calling multiple times, I looked the number up here, saw t referenced calls about newspaper subscription.  I had recently cancelled my subscription.  I took the call the next time it came in.  They offered me a much reduced rate and I renewed my subscription at a rate I was willing to pay.

Robo.....I am on no call lists.   Reporting to FTC.

they keep calling me about news paper after I told them numerous times I’m not interested it’s been over 10 calls. now I don’t pick up

Had it listed as Fort Worth star telegram customer service. Indian folks.  Kept telling me I won $100 Walmart gift card, but I needed to give them my credit card number so they could charge me a $4.96 processing fee.  Asked for customer service and hung up.
