    Called at 10:16PM on a Sunday. A little past the usual business hours

    Called our landline. Answered it for funsies (no real callers call our landline).  Recording said that our AT&T wireless account payment was overdue and that I needed to press 1 to prevent the phone from being cut off. In the meantime the connection was cutting in and out. Pressed 1 (for fun) and a new recording asked for the last 4 digits of my SS#.  Of course I gave it up—nah, typed 9999 and hung up.

    We don’t have AT&T by the way.

    So conclusion is—big time scam presumably to gain access to AT&T wireless accounts
