follow the fdcpa law.  if they do not obey your directive to cease contact except in writing or do not call me at my employer as it isn't allowed, or if they can't provide an address so you can demand verification and proof of debt, then they aren't legitimate and turn them over to your state's attorney general.

These ppl are so nasty I thought it was legit bc I did have a loan, I tried to make payment arrangements n couldnt come up with the mOney for one of the payments even called them to work something all he was doing was he was going to send my stuff to court and hung up on me. i am filing  lawsuits against them for violating the fdcpa but need their address. does nayone have it? otherwise a location or the state in which they are located so i can call the state's corporation office.

Payday loans cannot be litigated because these scumbags did not loan any more therefore have no loss and there are no signed documents available anywhere that can be used as proof in court.
So the a**holes will lie and try scare the s**t out of you by appearing to have a suit ready to serve you.

Most payday loan collectors are heavy drug users who make a commission on what you send them so they can go outside smoke some pot, take a hit on a crack pipe or snort coke.

I worked at one of these drug dens near Buffalo where drugs is as common as eating. Do not send them your money they cannot do anything to you.

I received a phone call a month ago threatening me to call n make arrangements. In if I didn't I was gone be in trouble for fraud n I never did anything so I knw it couldn't be true so I Google the phone number n found out everyone else post. This stuff is crazy

They need to stop harrassing and threatening 76 year old ladies at work and home.  These people are horrible.  Said they'd send Sherriff to her house and get her.  Then they'd take all her money from her bank account...   What the hell?  She's still trying to figure out what this is from?

You may be surprised to learn this company is operating out of Buffalo New  York.  Record all calls where possible/legal in your state. this is a complete scam, currently under investigation.

they are located out of buffalo ny under a man by the name of frank Davis...and Dj Ochterski ..they are in a heap of trouble with several state ags you might want to strike while the iron is hot...

They also have a location in Florida. 8963 Stirling Rd. Cooper city Fl, 33024 to be exact. Frank Davis' cell phone # is 7164177390...Dj's # is 7022873746. Their admin's # is 7166985119 and the Supervisor's (Juan) number is 9544963362. I'm sure they've changed the company name and toll free number by now but it's really sad how these people operate. Also, check this article out. I'm sure Frank Davis will not be doing too much illegal debt collections now! But when it comes money hungry people...u just never know......

Just received a call, it turned out to be a check that had been written for a loan I had taken out.  The man was very easy to talk to about the problem and was a great help. He was able to get everything handled within 20 min and even made sure nothing hit my credit report.  I ended up with a settlement that was less than the original loan and a big relief!  Just very happy I was able to take care of this and its now a thing of the past.
