Sounds like a scam to me!!! Don't call them back or give them any info! Frauds! People need to get jobs instead of stealing from hard working people!!!

Oh,  and just incase...I called 800-772-1233 and 724-901-1772 and my calls were rejected. I was hoping they would answer so I could mess with them...but no such luck.  Jerks, liars,  scammers,  losers, low-lifes, thieves, POS! :)

Scam. They said it was the social security admin. My friend works for the county and I gave her the # and she said its fake.

This is a scam the said they are from Social Security and i am going to jail. I call then back but could not thru.

They just called and said they were with the Social Sa-Curity Administration. Said I was GOING TO JAIL and on top of that - I COULDNT EVEN PASS GO!
At the very least they FINALLY had an actual American sounding dude on the call. In the past - it’s ALWAYS been a haji.

Sounds like a scam.  Message said serious allegations had been filed against me by the Social Security Administration.

Someone left a message that it was social security calling with a VERY IMPORTANT URGENT MESSAGE !
SS would not call and leave a cryptic message. I blocked the number. Do the same. Just another scammer.

I received a call from 1800-772-1233 male caller asked me to call back 724-901-1772 "Do not disregard message very serious matter - social security administration.  I blocked the call.

These knuckleheaded scammers don't have a clue how the real SSA works and they are hoping you don't either.
The SSA  doesn't suspend your ssn, file law suits, or issue Arrest Warrants.


The current scheme is they say your SSN is involved with a rental car found in southern Texas, with blood & drugs. Next theres some address they say was raided and discovered several bank accounts used for laundering money under your SSN, so they have to freeze your bank accounts and issue you a new SSN, but you have to secure your accounts by getting some gift cards ......pretty bizare "off-the-wall" story, its so hard not to laugh at them.

• Only a STUPID scammer would leave a message telling you "someone" is using your SSN for criminal activities, then try to say your in trouble for something you didn't do!
• Only a STUPID scammer would say "legal enforcement actions".
• Only a scammer is going to call you and demand you pay them over the phone to avoid an Arrest Warrant, when it doesn't really exist. You would first have to go to Court and disobey a Court Order to get an Arrest Warrant issued.
  If an Arrest Warrant was issued, you would have been informed long ago in Court, as a result of failure to comply with a Court Order and then a Sheriff would suddenly show up at your door to serve it, they don't warn you they are coming.
• Your SSN can't be canceled, revoked or suspended because it is a number assigned to your birth name for Identification purposes, only scammers say it can. It IS your Identity as much as your name is.
• New SSN must be applied for with a misuse report on the old one and its FREE.
• Only a scammer asks you to pay using Gift Cards.

Social security scam called, left a message to call 424-402-1614 immediately. Yeah right, lol.

800-772-1233 - This number has called a couple of times. A different person called  each time claiming they were from the SSA. Each story had variations but basically  I must call them back immediately at 404-424-1614.
