Be very cautious...appears to be a scam...

I feel the same thing too. They have called me a several times also. and sent me e mail regarding this company.

This is the biggest scam.  I decided to play along with them because both my phones and many people I know were getting the same call saying your warranty is running out....last chance!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! If you play along and give them a fake name and automobile make and model.  They will act like that see it on the screen.  Very dishonest way of doing business.  Don't fall for it.  If they will lie about knowing you, they will lie about giving you coverage.

I just received this same type call but for the number 310-495-4517.

They charge 2 to 3 times the amount you should
pay for extended warranty coverage.  They have
called myself and other people I know.  All of
which are on the Government Do-Not-Call-Registry.
Makes it illegal.  I am taking action and I hope
you will to!  The number that show up on your call
id will go nowhere.  1st sign of a scam.

www.the-choice.net is a makeshift website.  Can be created in less than 10 minutes with copy and paste and templates.  I would be very cautious about doing business with a company that hides who they really are.

I got the same call.  Was curious since my ML500 warranty is gone.  They refused to send me contact wording.  So I got them to say that there was no risk and a full refund would be given if I didn't agree to the contract.

Turns out, for a $3,000 contract, their total AGGREGATE liability is $6,500 for life of contract.  limit of any A/C repair is $1500.  Neither of these was mentioned during call.  Policy required you to put "Prolong" oil, AC, and radiator treatments in your car and then perform oil changes every 6,000 miles (my truck requires mobile one and oil changes every 7,500 to 10,000 miles, dictated by on-board computer), etc, etc.

They also called themselves "Dealer services" but contract was with "Vehicle Coverage Services"

I wrote a letter completely dissolving the contract they sent me, demanding a full refund, and refusing to send back the products they sent that I didn't order.  But I did offer to send their box back if they sent me a prepaid shipping label!

Definitely a  disputed charge on my CC!

My boyfriend got scammed by this company.  They promised to pay for repairs and when this occurred, he tried to submit a claim.  They then proceeded to state that it was not covered.  That all repairs oil changes etc. needed copies to prove car was being maintained.  None of which were provided in writing etc.
