Hello, your name isn't Rica.  You are not a Customer Relations Representative for Preferred Platinum.  You are a bill collector.  Your customers’ satisfaction is not, in fact, your #1 priority.  You call, threaten and harass alleged customers.  You send text messages from different numbers that make it nearly impossible to block unless you are using Google Voice.  

Complaints filed with the FTC, state's Attorney General and local police.  You think you are being cute with your tactics but in reality its just sad.
