I got a call from this number today. Could not pick up the call and there was no voice message. After looking at the messages here, I called them back and found its a geniune Costco department. It was about a proactive warning about a recall. I was able to speak to a representative at this number and get the information.

Warning on cheese! Not to recall level yet, but stated to return any from their cheese roadshow as they are not sure which was contaminated.  

All I have to say is that Costco flipping rocks!!! They have the best customer service ever.  Love that store!  For them to go the extra mile and call us personally to warn us of a possible issue is great.  Can you see almost any other store bothering to do that?  I can't.  They'd assume if you didn't hear about it on the news, then its your own fault.

Just received message about the ROJO 6-layer dip is recalled.  Costco is a truly amazing company!!!!

Yes, Costco wholesale warning me of a Hepatitis alert on a product I did recently buy.  Looks legit.

Really, people it is Costco. We had contacted them first about a product that they had but did not have any longer and the excellent customer service rep from Costco returned our call with the needed info. I wish that "Costco" would come up on the caller ID though. Now it will because I added it to my phone with that info.

I was contacted via UNAVAILABLE asking for credit card information over the telephone.  Wrong and illegal on so many fronts.  Contacted the credit card company mentioned in the message.  They might want to know....

We received a call from this number, telling us that there wasn't a medical problem but their records showed that we purchased Charisma? Then I hung up.

Called twice yesterday after I had dozed off.  Message was about Charisma Egyptian cotton sheets we had purchased several years ago.  Message said another type of cotton may have been blended in and if we aren't 100% satisfied to return them for a full refund.
